Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when ordering from BLIKKY. If your order is not right, please read our return and exchange policy below.

Important hygiene notice: For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned or exchanged when it is undamaged and still in its original sealed packaging.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. This follows the standard EU cooling-off period for online purchases. Certain sealed products may be excluded from return once opened for health or hygiene reasons.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed and undamaged
  • In the original packaging
  • With all labels, tags and hygiene seals intact
  • Returned within the allowed return period

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for underwear that has been worn, washed, opened, damaged, or returned without the original hygiene seal or packaging.

Exchanges

Need another size? You can request an exchange within 14 days after receiving your order, as long as the product meets our return conditions. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and offer a suitable solution.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
